It’s simple – clients come to us with their ideas, and then we work directly with them to turn their concepts into finished products.
Once we’ve finalized your order details, here’s what the next steps would look like:

We work with minimums of 100 pieces per style.
Within that, you have the option for up to 2 colors (50 pieces per color).
Once our minimums are hit, the sky’s the limit when it comes to customization and getting creative. We build our products from scratch as per the specific needs of each client, which means you’ll have complete control every step along the way from.
Throughout the design process, you’ll be able to customize the sizing and fit of your headwear along with the fabrics, stitching patterns, and most importantly the decorations and branding.
All of our items are made to order, so pricing would very depending on product specs (fabric, embellishments, etc.) and order volume. Given this, it’d hard for us to condense our pricing into an easy figure, so we always encourage folks to shoot us a line and we would be happy to provide a free estimate.
From deposit to delivery, we’d be looking at roughly 6 – 8 weeks.

Absolutely! We’ve been making hats for over a decade, so we know our stuff. Throughout the planning stages, we provide all clients with product advice and recommendations free of charge.
If a client comes to us without any product designs or in search of a new graphic, we have designers who can provide one-on-one design services at a nominal rate. This can range from $50 – $500, depending on the scope of work.
The short answer is a lot. Through our production network, we have access to a wide variety of standard, uncommon, and highly technical fabrics and materials that can be incorporated into whichever headwear style you’ve got in mind. We can also custom print and dye fabrics to best match your brand’s appearance.
We offer a variety of different embellishments and decorations that will help distinguish and boldly display your brand.
Throughout each stage of the production process, we have a very rigorous quality control system that carefully inspects each individual product before they’re actually handed over to the client. This testing and screening process first begins when we source the raw fabrics and extends right through to the very final stage of shipping the products.
