Minimums, process, pricing, turnaround and shipping: everything you need before you start.

Ordering
100 units per style. Within that, you can split a style into up to two colourways at 50 units each.
Share your ideas, receive personalized mock-ups and pricing, approve the direction, then we manage production, quality control and delivery. You review everything before production begins.
A typical project takes approximately 8 weeks from final approval to delivery. Actual timing can vary with order complexity, volume and destination.

Products + customization
Fully customizable headwear and facewear (caps, beanies, balaclavas and neck tubes) across a wide range of styles and models within each category. We've also been expanding our offerings to include custom apparel and other specialty items as of lately.
Once minimums are met, products are built around your brand: sizing and fit, fabrics, stitching, colours, and decoration and branding.
Through our production network we can source standard, uncommon and technical fabrics, and custom print or dye fabrics to match your brand. A range of embellishments and decorations is available to display your branding.
Yes. Product advice and recommendations are included throughout planning. If you're starting without artwork or need a new graphic, our designers can help. Just ask when you get in touch.

Pricing + production
Everything is made to order, so pricing depends on style, materials, decoration, colourway split and quantity. Final pricing is confirmed with your mock-ups before production.
Personalized mock-ups and pricing within about 24 hours, with no commitment required to begin.
We do. Once you approve, we manage sourcing, production, quality control, packing and delivery.
Products are inspected throughout production, from sourcing raw materials through to final packing and shipping, before they're handed over to you.

Shipping + orders
We ship internationally. Delivery outside North America may take longer. Get in touch and we'll give you a better idea of timing.
